1. Sign in with your first and last name when you enter the platform.

2. Come properly prepared for group with pen and paper or something to take notes on.

3. Mute your microphone.

4. Camera on at all times and stable.

5. No blurred or imaged backgrounds.

6. No driving, working, watching tv or playing video games, laying down, or sleeping while in class.

7. If you need to use the restroom, leave your camera on, and chat the instructor where you're going. Return promptly (5mn).

8. During the break, leave your cameras on and return at the time the instructor requests.

9. The grace period for attending group is 5mn.

10. Be respectful of others.

11. No cross-talking/interrupting others.

12. Lights on in your space.

13. When the facilitator asks a client to correct a behavior that is not compliant with the rules, and they yell, become combative, or challenge the rule, they will be asked to leave the platform.

14. Clients are not allowed to sit in their beds during the group.

15. No hoodies or hats allowed in the group.

16. No talking to friends or family while in group.

17. No talking on cell phones while in group.

18. No family or friends allowed the platform. The client must be in a private place where others are not around them or disturbances from family and friends.
